Bhumi Pednekar shares Rajkummar Rao’s ‘incredible’ diet regimen for ‘Badhaai Do’

Bollywood actors Rajkummar Rao and Bhumi Pednekar are happy with the success of their recently released film ‘Badhaai Do’. A sequel to the 2018-hit drama ‘Badhaai Ho’, the film is a comedy-drama that follows the characters of Rajkumar and Bhumi – two close-knit homosexuals – who marry each other to keep social pressure away. While Rajkumar plays a locked police officer, Bhumi plays a closed PE teacher. Apart from the interesting storyline, the film is also garnering accolades for its stellar performance. And to get into the skin of the character, Rajkummar Rao had to gain weight and build a strong physique. He underwent strict diet and physical training sessions to transform into the character of a gay police officer.

Raj Kumar Rao Recently took to Instagram and shared a post containing two before and after pictures. “The best feeling in the world is when you give your heart and soul to a film and your character and get so much love in return from the audience. Thanks guys,” the post read.

In no time, the post garnered over four million likes and thousands of comments on the Internet. Land It also took to the comments section to share that Rajkumar ate cottage cheese made from skimmed milk, vegetarian protein, broccoli and more.
