Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) spokesperson and Maharashtra minister Nawab Malik Terming the allegations as “a failed attempt by the private army of (NCB Mumbai Regional Director) Sameer Wankhede to mislead and divert attention from the truth”.
Former General Secretary of Mumbai BJP Bharatiya also claimed that Kiran gosavikNarcotics Control Bureau (NCB) witness Sunil Patil’s aide in the drugs-on-cruise case.
He claimed that Patil was in touch with Sam D’Souza and Gosavi since October 1 before the NCB raided the cruise ship.

He alleged that on January 21, 2021, NCB busted a pharmaceutical factory run by Chinku Pathan in Dongri, Mumbai.
“The arms and drugs were confiscated by the NCB team,” he claimed.
Meanwhile, Malik said that he will “reveal the truth tomorrow” at a press conference.
