BJP MLA’s stickers hit car in Bangalore, 2 killed

Police said that the MLA was not in the car

blogger : An uncontrolled car (SUV) hit several people on a busy road in Bangalore, killing two people and injuring four. The stranger’s driver Mohan has been arrested. He told the police that he lost control of the car due to the accelerator at the stop signal instead of applying the brakes and caused the accident. BJP MLA Hartalu Halappa’s activism seemed to be on the car, but he has nothing to do with it. Police said that the MLA was also not in the car.

The MLA is the father-in-law of the MLA’s daughter Sushmita Halappa and retired forest officer Ramu Suresh. Mohan, 48 years old, works for Mr. Suresh. According to the police, he was not intoxicated. Mohan, a medicine student, was on his way to pick up Sushmita Halappa, who works at KIMS Hospital, when he lost control of the car and several cars collided. The car crushed two riders, Majeed Khan and Ayyappa. One of them died, while the other succumbed during treatment at the hospital.

Pictures from the scene show two bikes on the road, a body next to one of them and blood splattered on the road after the accident. Police said that every year there are two cars and three bikes.
