Over 15 people have been detained for questioning in connection with the murder of BJP youth wing leader Praveen Nettar in Karnataka’s Dakshina Kannada. The police gave this information on Thursday.

Addressing reporters in Sulia taluk of the district, Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) (Law and Order) Alok Kumar, who visited the Bellare area of ​​the taluk and took stock of the situation, said investigation is on from all angles.

He said it was not yet certain whether those detained were involved in the murder or had helped in the commission of the crime, he said.

Mr Kumar said six teams have been formed with the help of Mangaluru city police commissioner and Udupi police.
