Ginger Tea Recipe | How to make Nook Wale Tea:

  • First, take some water in a saucepan and bring it to a boil.
  • When the water comes to a boil, crush some pods of ginger and cardamom. You can use a mortar pestle for this.
  • Add grated ginger and cardamom to the pan and mix well.
  • After boiling add milk to it. Boil it well.
  • Add sugar to it and bring it to a boil again.
  • Now, at this stage, add the tea leaves and boil on low-medium flame for five minutes.
  • Once it boils and turns dark in color, switch off the flame.
  • Strain the tea in a cup and take a sip.
