To make this dish, first take a bowl and mix gram flour, red chili powder, black pepper and salt as per taste. Now finely chop the remaining vegetables like onion, capsicum, tomato, carrot and add them to the dry mixture. Now put some water in the bowl and mix it all. Make sure the consistency of the batter is runny.
