The food of Bangalore is famous for its variety, richness and unique blend of flavours. The metropolis is famous for its authentic South Indian food items like Idli, Dosa and Vada. And don’t forget the delicious chutney and sambar served with them. Recently, British High Commissioner to India Alex Ellis was also seen enjoying a plate of dosa with sambar and chutney. If you follow him on social media, you would know that he is a foodie and often shares posts about enjoying the local Indian cuisine.
