NS Bihar School Examination Committee (BSEB) The 10th and 12th board exams will be held in February. Unlike other boards which are conducting their examination twice, Bihar Board will conduct its annual examination as usual. Last year also when most of the boards had canceled their exams, Bihar Board went ahead and conducted the exams. This year’s examination for Inter students will start from February 1 and end on February 14. Class 10 exams will be held from February 17 to 24.
Bihar Board exams will be held amid Kovid-19 precautions. The board exam will be held in two shifts. The first shift will be conducted from 9:30 am to 12:45 pm and the second shift will be conducted from 1:45 pm to 5 pm. While the exam will be of three hours, students will get 15 minutes to read the question paper.

To pass Bihar Board (both class 10 and 12), students need at least 33 percent marks in each exam as well as in aggregate. Those who fail to score minimum passing marks in one or two subjects can improve their score by taking compartmental exam. However, those who fail in more than two papers will have to repeat the year.
Meanwhile, BSEB has already released the dummy admit cards for class 10 board exam 2022 at biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in or biharboardonline.com. Last year more than 16.5 lakh students had registered for the matriculation exam. An equal number of students are likely to appear in the matriculation board exams this year as well. Bihar Board has reduced the syllabus by 30 per cent this year and half the exam will have Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
