BSES to install 50 lakh ‘smart’ meters in Delhi

BSES discoms have floated tenders for a capital outlay of up to Rs 4,000 crore to replace 50 lakh of its existing electricity meters with smart meters in Delhi.

BSES plans to install smart meters from October this year and expects to complete it by March 2025.
