The year 2021 is finally drawing to a close. After a pandemic-generated 2020, 2021 was all about the COVID vaccine and how people resumed normal life. During this time, frontline workers such as delivery persons and healthcare professionals did their best to meet our needs. Many have expressed their appreciation and gratitude for their tireless work through random acts of kindness. In one such recent incident, school students in Brazil surprised their cafeteria staff with a giant gift basket. The video was shared on Twitter by the handle @GoodNewsCorres1, and has garnered over 54k views and hundreds of likes and comments. “Let’s change the world with kindness! In the short 40-second clip, we can see some girl students walking towards a woman in uniform. She was asked to cover her eyes and that’s when they gave her a gift basket full of delicious goodies for the holiday season. She wept bitterly because the moment was completely heavy for her. The girls hugged him and encouraged him.
