“Viparita Karani” (Elevate the legs off the wall) – Relieves back pain and provides better blood circulation in the pelvis. To do this pose, place a support on the floor next to the wall. Keep your left side against the wall. You should place the support under your hips and lower back. Lean on your elbows and your shoulders. Your palms should be facing up as your arms are out to the sides. Spend at least 5 minutes in this pose. While descending, exhale slowly. Take a deep breath in Shavasana and relax.
