Canada: British Columbia, Ontario invites candidates under the PNP category

This week, the Ontario and British Columbia administrations have issued invitations to candidates to apply through their provincial enrollment programs.

Provincial enrollment is the first step towards obtaining permanent residency from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and is not in itself the same as permanent residency.

Except for Quebec and Nunavut, most Canadian provinces and territories operate their own provincial enrollment programs. Interested candidates may be invited to apply for provincial enrollment through these programs.

The province of Quebec itself administers immigration programs and is separate from Canada’s immigration programs.
