The incident of mobile snatching came to light in Delhi’s Shalimar Bagh area at around 5:35 pm on 16 December. Two people on the scooty snatched the victim’s phone and dragged her on the road. One accused has been arrested in this case. The victim has been discharged from the hospital after suffering a knee injury. According to Delhi Police, the scooty has been recovered and search is on for another accused.
