Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Term 1 board of class 10 and 12 will issue the roll number or admit card for the exam. The roll numbers will be issued on the official website cbse.nic.in. This is the first time that the board exam is being conducted in semester mode.
Many changes have been made in the board exam this year. The exam will be conducted in MCQ mode only instead of subjective paper. Most of the students will get their school as their exam center. To ensure error free examination, CBSE will deploy invigilators at the examination centres.
Term-1 exam will be conducted for a duration of 90 minutes. Students will get 20 minutes extra time to read the question paper before the distribution of answer key. The exam is to be conducted on 50% syllabus.
The final result will be based on Term 1, Term 2 examination and internal assessment, however, if the COVID-19 situation does not improve, the result will be calculated on the basis of Term 1 examination only.
