CBSE Class 12 Business Studies Analysis: Some Tough Questions in an Overall Easy Exam

Central Board of Secondary Examination (CBSE) Its tenure is 1st class 12th. organized business Study of Board Exam 2022 on 8th December. The exam was considered easy by most of the students, however, there were some questions that tested the conceptual knowledge of the students. Some students may lose marks on these questions, worry teachers.

The question paper consisted of mixed concepts with easy, average and difficult concepts. However, some questions were challenging as they were related to the current scenario business situations while some were concept-based and only when the students had a clear understanding of the concept.

Anshu Mittal, Principal, MRG School, Rohini said, “While most of the questions were based on NCERT and were straightforward. There were some questions which required High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS), especially in Section C. Most of the questions asked were case-based and required application of concepts. Since limited practice material was available, handouts and repeated practice proved to be the key to good preparation. Overall, a very balanced paper from the student’s point of view as well, as they were satisfied. We can expect the students to score well in the exam

S Rama Prasad, Teacher of Business Studies at Jain International Residential School (JIRS), Bengaluru, said, “However, the highlight of the question paper was the case study, which was majorly challenging and more focussed on the current situations in business. “

Divya Bhatia, Principal, Amity International School, Saket says that the difficulty level of Business Studies paper was average with few tough questions. “All the students appeared comfortable while attempting the paper and were able to complete the paper in the stipulated time. The paper follows the pattern prescribed by the CBSE sample paper. It tested the application and analytical skills of the students and required in-depth knowledge of NCERT,” she added.

The Business Studies paper consists of three sections – A, B and C. The first and second sections consist of 24 questions while the third section consists of 12 questions.

CBSE Class 12 Board Exam 2022 started from 1st December and will continue till 21st December. The next exam is Geography which will be held tomorrow on 9th December.

CBSE This year will conduct two term – I and II and prepare The final result after considering the marks of both the terms, however, in case of COVID-19 pandemic, the Board is unable to conduct the II examination, it will take into account the I result only. Hence, word I exam has been considered as a very important part of CBSE Board Exam 2022. Last year, the exam was canceled due to Covid-19.
