The video shows the quick making of crunchy dosa. Firstly, the cook spreads the dosa batter on a flat tava (griddle) in circular motions. While the big, round batter is cooking from the bottom, he adds chopped onions, coriander leaves, thin cabbage slices, tomato sauce, butter and mayonnaise on top. Lastly he garnishes it with crispy crunchy puffs and garnishes it with some cheese shavings. Then without turning or covering it, he serves the dosa to the customer.

While we are wondering how the dosa will taste like, many viewers have already given their verdict. Most of the audience has slammed the creation and dismissed the dosa with comments such as: “kitna bhi chatpata dosa bana le.. dosa), “Yaar cheez to chalo smjh gaye bt kurkure dosa pe with mayo. At least not on dosa” (we can tolerate paneer but mayonnaise on crunchy dosa – please don’t bother dosa).

A funny comment read, “Ek China is one who eats anything non-veg and one India eats anything” (Whatever people eat in the name of non-vegetarian in China and whatever Indian eats in the name of vegetarian) Huh).

Another user simply summed up the recipe and said, “This is not a dosa”.
