This savory dish ranges from the spicy, savory flavors of Indian-Chinese to prawns, a classic seafood dish. This recipe is very similar to Chilli Chicken, Prawns are fried and then cooked in Chilli Garlic Sauce. These Chili Garlic Prawns can be served as a party snack or as a dinner, with fried rice/hakka noodles.

About Chilli Garlic Prawns Recipe: How To Make Chilli Garlic Prawns

For this recipe, the prawns will be batter fried first and then cooked in a spicy sauce. In a mixing bowl, combine all purpose flour, cornflour, garlic-ginger paste, soy sauce, black pepper powder and eggs. Whisk it well. Wrap the prawns in batter and fry till golden brown. Keep it aside.

Heat oil in a pan. Fry ginger, garlic, spring onions, green chilies and capsicum. Next, add black pepper, soy sauce and chili sauce. Pour in water and batter, mix well until a thick sauce is formed. Add fried prawns and mix well. Season it with salt and vinegar. Prawns are ready!
