South superstar, Chiranjeevi wrote a letter on Twitter to Samantha Ruth Prabhu, who recently revealed her autoimmune condition. Samantha has been diagnosed with myositis and is in the US for treatment. For this, Chiranjeevi wished him ‘all courage’ in a heartfelt letter.
On Sunday, Chiranjeevi wrote on Twitter: “Dear Sam (Samantha), from time to time, challenges come in our lives, perhaps just to allow us to discover our inner strength. You are an amazing one with even more inner strength. I am sure, you will overcome this challenge too, very soon! Wishing you all courage and determination! May the force be with you!” Posting the note, the actor added in the caption, “Wishing you a speedy recovery!!”
Overwhelmed by the megastar’s gesture, Samantha was quick to express her gratitude. The actress replied, “Thank you sir @KChiruTweets for your kind and encouraging words”.
Samantha Ruth Prabhu on Saturday said that she has been diagnosed with an autoimmune condition called myositis. The actress opened up about her status on Instagram, thanking her fans for the overwhelming response to the trailer of her upcoming film ‘Yashoda’. For the unversed, myositis is the name of a group of rare conditions that can cause muscles to become weak, tired, and painful. This is usually due to a problem with the immune system, where it mistakenly attacks healthy tissue.
Revealing her medical condition, the actress shared a post captioning it, “Your response to Yashodha trailer was overwhelming. It is the love and connection that I share with all of you, that keeps me going through endless challenges.” gives me strength. I’m slowly realizing that we don’t always need to build a strong front.”
“Accepting this vulnerability is something I am still struggling with. Doctors are confident that I will make a full recovery very soon. I have had good days and bad days…. physically and emotionally…. And even when it seems like I can’t handle it another day, somehow that moment passes. I guess it can only mean that I can’t handle it It’s almost another day. I love you.. This too shall pass’
Samantha’s upcoming film Yashoda is written and directed by filmmaker duo Hari Shankar and Harish Narayan, the action thriller slated to release on November 11.
