Branding of Coca-Cola phone in the market will be from another brand
The popular soft drink brand is partnering with a smartphone brand for this device and may launch in the country very soon.
Coca-Cola is a popular soft drink brand in India India And globally but soon you can have a smartphone with the brand name in the market. New design renders have surfaced this week, and it shows us a Coca-Cola branded smartphone with dual cameras at the back and the brand name Coca-Cola.
We’ve been hearing rumors about a Coca-Cola smartphone for a while now, but the product never materialized. The new design revealed through leakster Mukul Sharma suggests that the model is finally about to be launched in the market.
We also get to know from the render of the phone that the volume rocker is on the right side and the edges are rounded, making it comfortable to hold in the hand. It is hardly surprising that the renders of the phone are red in color, which is also the color of Coca-Cola’s brand. So has the soft drink brand entered the mobile arena with this device?
Not really, Coca-Cola is using its brand power and reaching out to partner with one of the handset makers, in this case many are speculating that it is Realme, as the design of the phone is similar to the Realme 10. 4G is similar to a smartphone. The report states that the Coca-Cola branded phone will launch in India in the next few months, but we still do not know how much the special edition phone will cost the buyers.
This is not the first instance of a popular brand partnering with a phone maker for an exclusive series. OnePlus and Oppo have done this multiple times over the years, giving us McLaren Editions, Avengers Editions and more. The specifications of the phones remain the same, it is mostly the packaging box and accessories that complete the overall package for these models.
