India’s Foreign Secretary Harsh V Shringla spoke about India’s engagement with the Taliban for providing humanitarian aid to Afghanistan. Speaking at the India Today Conclave, he said, “India’s diplomatic posture, political and military response should be fully prepared to deal with the threats emerging from Afghanistan.”
