Cool Caps Industries Limited IPO (Initial Public Offering) is scheduled to hit the primary market next week on 10 March 2022. The issue will open on March 10, 2022 and close on March 15, 2022. 11.628 crore, the plastic bottle cap manufacturer has proposed to open its 30,60,000 equity shares 10 under each book creation process. The price band for the public issue is expected to be finalized early next week and the issue is proposed to be listed on the NSE Emerge platform.

The consolidated sales of the company for the year ended 31st March, 2021 stood at Rs. 3,129.84 lakh, the Company’s Consolidated Profit After Tax for the year ended 31st March, 2021 stood at Rs. 291.72 lakhs. For the last 3 financial years, FY19 – FY21 the company’s revenue has grown at a CAGR of 27.68 while EBITDA and PAT have grown at a CAGR of 46.19% and 45.99% respectively.
