Prepared using local ingredients, the Thalassery biryani is the highlight of the food fiesta. The distinctive speciality of the region is made with local ingredients to infuse a unique taste profile into the dish. Start your gastronomic journey with Kozhi Pallipalayam, Karuveppillai Palkatti Tikka, and Meen Polichathu – succulent starters that will delight your senses. For the main course, savour Chettinad Kozhi Curry, Alleppey Fish Curry, Thanga Meen Kozhlambu, and Mullangi Kadalai Curry. At the live station, indulge in the infamous Malabar Paratha with Veg and Chicken Curry, Kalappam with Veg Stew, and Panniyaram with Thengapal.
