CTET 2021 today, important guidelines to follow

this this Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2021 will begin from today, December 16 and will end on January 13, 2022. The exam will start at 9:30 AM for the candidates who are in the first shift, and it will be for the second shift. Will start at 2:30 PM. The exam of 2 hours 30 minutes will end at 12 noon and 5 pm for the first and second shifts respectively.

The board has provided some important guidelines that you must follow during the exam and the list of items which are prohibited in the exam center. Do not forget to carry your admit card, because while entering the examination hall, the hall tickets will be verified by the invigilators.

Since the exam will be conducted in two shifts, the exam hall will be opened at 7:30 AM for the first shift and 12.30 PM for the second shift. Candidates are advised to reach the examination hall on time mentioned on the admit card. Candidates arriving after the commencement of the examination will not be allowed to enter the centre.

Candidates will not be allowed to leave their seat or examination hall before the completion of CTET 2021. If there is a special emergency, the permission of the supervisor is mandatory.

Please note that all the calculations and rough work have to be done in the rough sheet, which will be provided to the candidates. After submitting the answer sheet of CTET 2021, candidates will have to hand over the rough sheet as well to the invigilators.

Candidates are advised to wear a face mask to cover their nose and mouth. If a candidate has any symptoms of COVID-19, it is suggested that they get themselves tested before appearing for the exam. They have also been advised to maintain social distancing.

CTET 2021: Banned Items

Any kind of stationery material like text material, paper chits, plastic pouch, pencil or any geometry box, scale, writing pad, electronic pen, calculator, pen drive, log table, cardboard and other inappropriate material are banned.

Communication devices like mobile phones, earphones, ear pods, bluetooth, health bands, pagers etc. are also prohibited. The candidates have been advised by the board not to wear any kind of wrist watch, goggles, jewellery, gold jewellery. They should also not carry cameras, purses, handbags or other items.
