Coming together from fields as diverse as police, teaching and administration, the quartet of Lovely Choubey, Roopa Rani Tirkey, Pinky and Nayanmoni Saikia finally has something to answer to the opponents.
Lawn Bowles Team They will be in the hunt for a historic gold medal when they take on South Africa in the women’s fours final on Tuesday (August 2). The India women’s hockey team will take on England in their next Pool A match, while India, the defending men’s champions in table tennis, will take on Singapore in a gold medal match.
