To make this recipe, first marinate the chicken in curd and add chopped garlic, ginger paste, cashew paste and green chili paste to the marination. After this, add some chopped coriander, salt to taste and garam masala. Also add black salt, chaat masala, cream and paneer. Keep the marination aside for half an hour. For better absorption of flavor, leave it overnight if possible. Apply butter and then grill on the pan for at least 10 – 15 minutes.
