Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has issued a statement regarding a fake recruitment website. DMRC said that a fake website named dmrccareer.in has been created which has tried to imitate its official website and is providing employment opportunities to the job aspirants.
Delhi Metro said that the fake website is demanding money from the respondents and some people have become victims of cyber fraud through this weblink.
apart from this, DMRC He said that a dozen social media accounts are also trying to mislead the job aspirants by promising employment opportunities in DMRC.
“The general public is again cautioned that the employment notifications of DMRC are visible only on its official website -delhimetrorail.com,” it added.
DMRC said, “The employment processes of Delhi Metro are done as per government rules. The recruitment process in DMRC is completely computerized and transparent and the selection is purely based on the merit of the candidates.”
DMRC advised job aspirants to be careful while applying for the job opportunities. IT urges job seekers to apply for jobs in Delhi Metro from the official website of DMRC.
“DMRC has initiated necessary action against this website as per laws. The general public is also requested to immediately bring to our notice any such fraudulent recruitment based online or offline activity in future,” the statement said.
