Delhi: Government school students to present start-up ideas at Investment Summit

new Delhi : The Delhi Government ‘Business Blasters’ is all set to hold an investment summit on March 5 at Thyagaraj Stadium. More than 100 top business ideas from government school students will be presented to investors during the event.

Sisodia, who also has education portfolioinformed that 51,000 start-up ideas were submitted by students to the ‘Business Blasters’ initiative, out of which 1,000 were shortlisted for the second round of the programme.

The Deputy CM of Delhi also informed that 700 students will be given direct admission in BBA programs in state universities and colleges like Delhi Technological University, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and Netaji Subhash Technological University.

“Out of these 1,000 ideas, over 100 top student-led business ideas have been selected. We will be organizing Business Blasters Investment Summit on 5th March at Thyagaraj Stadium. These top business ideas will be placed before the investors. I want all the investors in the country, who want to invest in new business ideas, to participate in the summit.”

Sisodia said that the shortlisted students have been trained to answer all business related questions.

“I would like to invite all investors to come and see where the future owners of companies like Tata, Birla and Infosys are studying today. These students will give jobs to many people one day.”
