Vigilance sometimes do not even care about their lives to help the common people. ASI Shambhudayal of Delhi Police did the same. Shambhudayal passed away during treatment at the hospital today. According to the police, Rok Shambhudayal, who was lodged at Delhi’s Mayapuri police station, was attacked with a knife by a miscreant on January 4, in which he was seriously injured. He was later faked hospitalization, although he could not be saved.

Police said that ASI Shambhu Dayal (57), originally from Sikar, Rajasthan, is survived by his wife, son and two daughters. Police said that last Wednesday, a woman resident of Mayapuri Phase-1 opened her husband’s mobile phone and complained about receiving threats. Such a mysterious place was reached where the complainant identified the punch.
A police officer said that while going to the police station, ex Anish accused her of hiding in his shirt and stabbed Maryada on the neck, chest, abdomen and back.
He said officials from Mayapuri police station reached the wildlife spot and stopped Anish, later he was arrested, at the same time a City Mercy was taken to the hospital.
West Delhi’s Deputy Commissioner of Police Ghanshyam Bansal said that such decorum did not give way to attachment. He told that after battling for life for four days, he died on Sunday morning.
Delhi Police Commissioner Sanjay Arora paid tribute to Maryam and expressed compassion to the victim’s family.
