New Delhi: A video of Shahrukh Pathanan accused in Northeast Delhi Riotshas gone viral in which he can be seen giving a warm welcome to his locality in North-East Delhi when he was granted a four-hour parole to visit his ailing father.
The video is being told of 23 May.

In the video, the accused can be seen taking to the streets along with a handful of policemen and a huge crowd, who are raising slogans in his favour.
While granting parole, the court had said that it was taking a humane approach to grant relief, only to allow Pathan to visit his ailing parents and not any other person.
The accused rioter was involved in a notorious incident of the 2020 Northeast Delhi riots in which he was found waving a loaded pistol towards a policeman in Jaffrabad area.
In the said case, the court had framed charges against Shahrukh Pathan, who had allegedly pointed a gun at a policeman, observing that the accused raised his pistol – not sideways but straight – to Delhi Police Head Constable (HC ) targeting Deepak Dahiya, who is taller than him but the direction of the pistol was on the head of the cop and even the point at which the trigger was pulled, it was aimed directly at Dahiya.
According to the police, his illegal gun, a 7.65 mm pistol and two live bullets were recovered and several shots were fired by him.
The judge charged Pathan under IPC sections 147 (punishment for rioting), 148 (rioting armed with deadly weapon), 186 (obstructing public servant in discharge of duty), and 188 (disobedience to order duly promulgated by public servant). charged up.
Charges were also framed under IPC sections 353 (assault), 307 (attempt to murder) read with sections 149 (member of unlawful assembly of a common offence) and various sections of the Arms Act, in which he pleaded not guilty. Requested and claimed test.
Pathan is currently lodged in Tihar Jail since his arrest on March 3 last year. More than 50 people were killed in the riots.
