Step 1: Make the stuffing for the paratha by mashing boiled potatoes and adding spices of your choice. Table salt, red chili powder, crushed coriander, black salt, garam masala, kasoori methi, roasted cumin powder and chaat masala are added to this recipe. Also, add fresh coriander leaves.
Step 2: Make small thick chapatis and stuff the filling in between them. Close the ends and pat and roll it with your hands to make a big roti.
Step 3: Place an open pressure cooker on the stove on its side.
Step 4: Apply some water on both the sides of the paratha and place it on the inner wall of the pressure cooker.
Step 5: Apply some ghee to the paratha and invert the cooker to allow the paratha to cook on the direct heat of the flame.
Step 6: When the paratha is cooked from both the sides, apply some ghee or butter on it, crush it lightly and serve.
