To make this tikki, all you need to do is combine mashed potatoes with beetroot, quinoa, couscous, spinach, oats and ginger-garlic paste. Then it is fried till crispy from both the sides. To start the recipe, first we need to mash the potatoes. Now put the mashed potatoes in a bowl and mix with all the ingredients except oil. Take 1/4 cup of the mixture and make small balls out of it. To make tikkis, flatten them slightly with your palm. Do the same with the rest of the mixture, and lay them out on a baking sheet or plate. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

After this, heat oil in a pan and add tikkis one by one. (Make sure not to overcrowd the pan.) Cook for 8-10 minutes, and then flip to cook the other side for the same amount of time. finally, increase the flame and cook till crispy from both the sides. Beetroot tikki is ready!
