Different US-China may have to sit together to solve this problem

According to the US Drug Enforcement Administration, fentanyl is a synthetic opioid that is 50–100 times stronger than morphine. Generally, this drug is used for the pain management treatment of cancer patients, but due to its potent opioid properties, Fentanyl is also misused.

“Fentanyl is added to heroin to increase its potency or to be disguised as a more potent heroin. Many users believe they are buying heroin and do not know they are buying fentanyl – often resulting in overdose deaths,” the Drug Administration said.

Synthetic drugs, including fentanyl, are one of the leading causes of death for Americans under the age of 45.
