Diljit Dosanjh’s “Good Carbs” Meal Is Too Good To Miss

Diljit Dosanjh is a self-confessed foodie and loves everything that revolves around food. At the same time, he is also a believer in eating healthy to stay fit. Carbohydrates are the main source of fuel for the body. They are essential for a well-balanced diet and healthy body. And it seems the singer-actor is not untouched by the importance of the same. Which is why they decided to dig into the delicious dish of potatoes. Diljit took to Instagram to share a video of what looks like mashed potatoes garnished with mild spices, chopped tomatoes and green coriander.

We could even hear him say, “I love it, thanks dada. Before the show, you have to eat well, eat good carbs for energy.” He captioned it, “Good carbs.”

On another occasion, Diljit Dosanjh created a classic street-style chili cheese, On Instagram, he shared a video showing how he made it.

Diljit Dosanjh often takes time out to share the joys of his weekends with his online family. One such weekend, he gave us a glimpse of his morning meal and it was amazing. their meals included a healthy Mixed Fruit Juice and Poha with a twist. In a series of videos, he first showed us a container full of juice, which he slowly poured into a glass. He listed the ingredients that went into making the juice, including gourd, spinach, orange, apple, carrot, pomegranate and Indian gooseberry. Thereafter, he took a sneak peek at his plate of poha in combination with omelet.
