Dinakaran condemns Tenkasi caste discrimination incident

AMMK founder TTV Dinakaran on Sunday condemned the caste-based discrimination incident in Tenkasi where children belonging to Scheduled Castes were refused to buy candy at a shop.

In a social media post, he said such cases of untouchability and sowing seeds of poison in young influential minds is unacceptable. He also rejected an incident in Chennai where a boy wearing a cap was made fun of. “These acts should be put to an end at the very beginning, before disturbing the harmony,” the former MLA said.
