Sisodia’s latest tweet comes a day after he targeted the Prime Minister Narendra ModiHe claimed that the CBI has issued a Look Out Circular (LoC) against him. However, agency officials denied this and said that LOCs were issued against eight “private” persons named in the FIR registered in connection with the alleged scam in framing and implementing the Delhi Excise Policy 2021-22.
Sources said that two accused are abroad.
He said since Sisodia and public servants need to take clearance from the government and the Ministry of External Affairs to travel abroad, they are not being considered an immediate flight risk.

The CBI had registered a case against Sisodia after raids at several places last week in connection with irregularities in the Delhi Excise Policy. On Sunday, Sisodia said the controversial excise policy was the best in the country and he stood by it. He said that Kejriwal’s model of governance and work will not stop, no matter how many ministers are investigated and jailed.
“I still stick to the policy. You apply it properly and see the results. The hurdle created by the U-turn by the then LG caused all the problems in its implementation,” he told TOI in an interview.

He alleged that the intention of the central government is to stop Kejriwal from working, so he is registering baseless complaints from his people. “My only mistake is that I am their education minister and believe in working,” he said, adding that he has nothing to hide.
