Notifying the Indian markets about the interim dividend, EID Parry said, “Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, notice is given that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) will be held on Monday, the 10th day of April, 2023 to consider and approve the Second Interim Dividend, if any, on Equity Shares for the financial year 2022-23.”

As per the information available on the official website of BSE – bseindia.com, the Murugappa group company declared interim dividend 5.50 per share in the third quarter of the recently ended financial year. Shares of EID Parry traded ex-dividend on November 22, 2022 for payment of first interim dividend in the financial year 2021-23.
