DLF Q4 Results: Net Profit Up 40% YoY, 200% Dividend Declared

DLF Limited, a large-cap real estate business, closed today’s trading session at a market value of Rs. 1,07,898.84 crores. With residential, commercial and retail properties in 15 states and 24 cities, DLF is the largest publicly traded real estate corporation in India.

The company has declared its quarterly results with a 40% increase in net profit. The Board of Directors has approved the “Recommendation of Dividend of” 4/- on the face value of each Equity Share (200%) 2/- each for FY 2022-23, subject to shareholders’ approval,” DLF said in a stock exchange filing.

Company’s consolidated revenue from operations 1,456.06 Cr down 5.90% YoY during Q4FY23 1,547.26 crore in Q4FY22. While its revenue in FY23 5,694.83 crore as against 5,717.39 crore in FY22.

DLF said its net profit for the quarter ending March 2023 reached 570.01 cr an increase of 40.62% 405.33 crore as recorded during the year-ago quarter. While its net profit during the financial year FY23 2,035.83 crore as against 1,500.86 crore in FY22.

The consolidated EPS of the company reached As against 2.30 in Q4FY23 1.64 in Q4FY22 and its EPS stood at as compared to 8.22 in FY23 6.06 in FY22.

DLF stock closed today on NSE up 0.74% from previous close of 436 432.80.
