In an interview with Twinkle Khanna last year, Rahman opened up about her journey and revealed that she wanted to be doctor In the beginning, and not an actor. When asked about his desire to become a doctor at a young age, he said, “Because in those days, especially in Muslim families, the most respectable profession was medicine.” The actor further mentioned that he enjoys reading medical journals till date.
