How to make Egg Masala | Easy Egg Masala Recipe

First of all, take boiled eggs in a bowl. Add ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, cumin powder and coriander powder. Mix the spices well. Take a bowl of oil, put eggs in the pan and fry.

After this take a pan and add cumin, green chili and chopped onion in it. Fry till golden brown, then add ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder and salt. Mix it well. Add water and let it come to a boil. Now add tomatoes, mix well and add more water. Add the eggs to the gravy, mix and enjoy!
