India wicket-keeper batsman Dinesh Karthik, who was part of MS Dhoni’s team that won the inaugural ICC T20 World Cup in 2007, has been selected for the T20 World Cup 2022 in Australia. Karthik made a stellar return to international cricket with a stellar season with his new IPL franchise Royal Challengers Bangalore. DK was given the task of finishing the game at RCB and he did it with perfection. He ended the game on several occasions for his side and was a key reason behind RCB’s place in the last four. After his international comeback, DK continued his form in series against South Africa and England.
