He says that a player must be aware of all his senses before reaching his goal or goal. But not everyone can use them all and accidents sometimes leave behind problems that have no solution.

On the other hand, the two young talents of today have not only overcome their physical challenges but have also left other youth of their age behind in terms of achievements, due to their grit and determination. Inspirational stories of Simran Sharma and Abdul Qadir Indori can be found here.

Hitting the bullseye with Simran Singh –

Simran Singh is only 13 years old, but her eyes are already set on her ambitions. Simran is a force of nature who began her career in shooting at the age of nine, winning bronze and gold medals in swimming, dancing with Shiamak Davar’s troupe and gaining recognition, and playing the piano and guitar.

Her achievements are enough to forget that she had a major spine surgery when she was only nine months old. Even after the surgery, she lost sensation down her neck, but managed to recover her fighting spirit as well as her groin after a lot of physiotherapy, rehabilitation and stem cell treatments.

Simran continues to impress everyone after she was shot during a school camp. She won bronze medal in her first National Para Shooting Championship (March 2021) in 10m under SH-1 category. She has also won 1 Gold and 2 Silver in the Zonal Para Shooting Competition in 2021 and was also selected to participate in the World Shooting Para Sport World Cup in Peru (June 2021) and the WSPS World Cup in Serbia (July 2021). However, she was unable to participate due to financial issues and uncertainty around the COVID-19 situation.

Still, she counts professional sports shooter Anjali Bhagwat among her fans, who she says is inspired by Simran’s energy and drive. Not only Bhagwat, jury member Pullela Gopichand is also a big fan of Simran’s achievements and has high hopes for her next goal – winning a gold medal for India at the Paris Paralympics in 2024.

Swimming with Abdul Qadir Indori

Abdul Indori, 14, a resident of Ratlam, lost both his hands in an accident in 2014 due to electric shock. A year later, she ventured into swimming and won her first medal within three months, winning gold and silver at her first National Para Swimming Championships held in Belgaum in 2015.

Since then, she has won 2 gold and 1 silver medal at the National Para Swimming Championships in 2016 and 2017. Last year, he won 3 gold medals for each of the three swimming styles at the National Para Swimming Championships held in Bangalore, of which he is a pro.

Abdul’s mischievous streak is also fully displayed in the episode, with his aunt and sister revealing all their pranks which is probably the happiest and most satisfying moment of the episode. Impressed by his goal of winning a Para Olympic gold medal for India in the times to come, he left the audience along with jury member Gopichand.

While it is amazing to see young talent galore for their skills and brilliance, watching prodigy talents like Simran and Abdul excel in shooting and swimming respectively gives a different kind of high. It also forces us to consider our privilege and be inspired to do something with our whole body.
