Ducati Multistrada V2 Price in India: Ducati Multistrada V2 Launched in India at Rs 14.65 Lakh | – times of India

Ducati Today launched the Multistrada V2 range that includes the Multistrada V2 and Multistrada V2S priced at Rs 14.65 lakh and Rs 16.65 lakh respectively (both prices are ex-showroom India).
Ducati Multistrada V2 color options include the classic “Ducati Red” color scheme with black rims (available in both variants), while the V2 S variant gets a new ‘Street Grey’ livery with a black frame and ‘GP Red’ rims.
With a sporty design and refined graphics, the Multistrada V2 gets an 8-disc hydraulic clutch and a new gearbox. With the introduction of new connecting rods and new covers, interference on the gearbox and clutch has reduced the overall engine weight by about 2 kg.
The Multistrada V2 gets an aggressive front headlight and an LED tail-lamp at the rear, which uses the Ducati brake light system, allowing hard braking during emergencies. Talking about the V2 S variant, it gets full-LED headlamps with Ducati cornering lights to improve the illumination on the roads.

In terms of technical specifications, the Ducati Multistrada V2 comes equipped with a large, high-visibility LCD. The V2 S variant, on the other hand, sports a 5-inch color TFT display with an intuitive interface for navigating menus, cruise control, hands free system and Ducati Quick Shift up and down. Both versions are integrated with the Ducati multimedia system.
The Multistrada V2 is available with four riding modes (Sport, Touring, Urban, Enduro), each of which benefits from the presence of a Bosch Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) platform to handle the interference levels of ABS cornering.
ducati traction control The Multistrada V2’s (DTC) is adjustable at eight levels, while ABS is cornering adjustable at three and at level 1 it offers “front only” (non-cornering) functionality. The Vehicle Hold Control (VHC) system assists the rider during the initial stages of the climb.

The engine of the Multistrada V2 is 937 cc Ducati Testastretta 11° twin-cylinder, water-cooled that churns out 113 hp and approximately 98 Nm of maximum torque in Euro 5 configuration. The engine has extended maintenance intervals, with oil change every 15,000 km and valve clearance checking every 30,000 km.
The aluminum alloy wheels are the same as the Multistrada V4 measuring 3.0″ x 19″ at the front and 4.5″ x 17″ at the rear. The tires are Pirelli Scorpion Trail II, 120/70 ZR19 at the front and 170/60 ZR17 at the rear. Apart from this, it also gets the Ducati Skyhook Suspension EVO semi-active suspension system as standard on the S variant.
As far as the suspension is concerned, the Multistrada V2 comes equipped with a 48mm diameter upside-down KYB front fork with 170mm of travel. At the rear is a SACHS shock absorber that connects the swingarm to the left cast subframe, which is also remotely adjustable with hydraulic press in spring preload and hydraulic brakes in rebound and compression.
The Multistrada V2 gets Brembo brakes with ABS cornering function. The front system features a Brembo M4-32 monoblock radial caliper with four 32 mm diameter pistons and two pads, a radial pump with adjustable levers, and double 320 mm front discs with aluminum flanges. At the rear of the bike is a single 265mm diameter disc that works on a floating Brembo caliper.
