Guided tours inside the Ducati factory have resumed from October 2021 after being called off due to the coronavirus pandemic. The Ducati Museum reopened in May 2021 with pandemic safety regulations in place, but the factory was not yet open for tours. During a tour of the factory visitors will have the opportunity to walk through the production lines, seeing what happens inside the factory where Ducati motorcycles are made. Tours are guided and can be booked on Monday and Friday of each week.

Ducati Factory Tours has been reopened to the public from October 2021.

There are three different morning tour slots open, as well as three afternoon slots. Online booking is on dedicated platform for both factory tours and museum visits. In order to ensure the safety and health safety of visitors and workers, access to the facility by reservation will be possible only during the indicated hours with a limited number of entries. Ducati announced in a press statement, with the exception of children under 12 years of age and those ineligible for vaccination with a medical certificate, the presentation of a valid EU digital COVID​ certificate is mandatory.

Tickets for a Ducati museum tour cost 17 euros (approximately ₹1,840), while a combined museum and factory tour ticket costs 32 euros (approximately ₹2,785), and will be a day tour. For high school students, Ducati is also opening its Interactive Physics in Motion Laboratory (Fisica in Moto) for kids who want to learn about physics in the context of Ducati motorcycles and engines.
