Dumka murder case: Police added POCSO section in FIR after panel found minor. News – Times of India Videos

Section of POCSO Act has been added in the FIR in Dumka murder case as further investigation revealed that the age of the victim was 15 years. Jharkhand Child Welfare Committee found that the victim who set fire to Dumka was a minor. Earlier, in the FIR, the police had given his age as 19 years.
