In Panchmahal district of Gujarat, a man was arriving for his wedding amid much fanfare and show when his horse carriage caught fire. The groom and some children were sitting in the car at the time of the incident. No casualties have been reported.

How did the car catch on fire?

As the horse cart moved towards the wedding venue, people were dancing and bursting firecrackers in the procession. Some firecrackers were also kept in the horse cart of the groom.

The vehicle caught fire as a result of a firecracker-related accident.

Panic and panic spread in the area due to the sudden fire. Passers-by rushed to the nearby shops to douse the fire and doused the fire while rescuing the groom and other members of the wedding party in time.
