Eight Pak soldiers injured in suicide attack in troubled North Waziristan: Police – Times of India

Peshawar, Pakistan: A suicide bomber rammed his bike on a military convoy in the country’s restive North Waziristan, injuring at least eight Pakistani soldiers. The police gave this information on Tuesday.
The incident happened late on Monday night when the army convoy was going towards the city. Miraan Shahi Police said the assailant rammed his bike into a convoy vehicle in North Waziristan.
Eight soldiers were injured in the attack. The condition of three jawans is said to be critical. Wounded soldiers were immediately transferred to United Military HospitalBannu, a senior police officer said.
The forces launched a massive search operation in the area to nab the perpetrators of the attack.
