TV veteran Ekta Kapoor is all set to come up with a new reality show. Alt Balaji team of Ekta announced this through a poster on social media. The poster reads, “Ekta R Kapoor to announce the biggest and most fearless reality show ever.” The details of the show have not been revealed yet. The concept of the show is also unknown as of now.
“Ekta is all set to announce the biggest reality show in India with a scale that the audience has never seen before in a show like this one. In this non-fiction offering, the audience will be delighted with indomitable enthusiasm and boundless excitement. There will be a spectacle of energy.” A source close to news agency ANI shared.
Meanwhile, Ekta Kapoor’s fantasy series ‘Naagin’ is all set to make a comeback on screen with its sixth season. The makers recently introduced the theme of the show in the teaser released on social media. Now, during the finale of Bigg Boss 15, Kapoor announced Tejashwi Prakash as the lead actress of Naagin 6.
‘Naagin’ debuted in 2015 with Mouni Roy, Arjun Bijlani and Adah Khan. The later seasons also featured actors like Surbhi Jyoti, Pearl V Puri, Anita Hassanandani, Rajat Toka and others. The fifth season aired from August 2020 to February 2021. It has Surbhi Chandna, Sharad Malhotra and Mohit Sehgal in the lead role.
The new theme of the show was also teased in the teaser. In the video, the speaker introduces the topic by saying that the world has changed a lot since 2019. The blue river is shown turning red. It somehow refers to the pandemic which has resulted in massive damages. At the end of the teaser, the serpent is seen capturing the whole world and it is a sign that now ‘Naagin’ has become even more powerful.
