Escorts Kubota Ltd reported 13.4% YoY growth in its consolidated net profit for the quarter ended March 2023. Q4FY23 consolidated net profit stood at 216.5 cr as against 190.0 cr in Q4FY22.
The consolidated revenue from operations of the company for Q4FY23 was 2,214.5 crore, up 17.4% from 1,886.6 crore in the same quarter last year. EBITDA was 233.2 crore for the quarter ending March 2023 as compared to Rs. 248.2 crore for the same quarter a year ago.
According to the company’s exchange filing, the board of directors of the company has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 7 (70%) per fully paid-up equity share 10 each for the financial year 2022-23.
