To celebrate this special occasion, the hotel hosted a special celebration featuring a curated Indian-inspired fusion menu and let us tell you the food was to die for! Organized at Cafe NH 8, one of the most popular cafes in Radisson Udyog Vihar, Executive Chef Vikramjit Singh Ahluwalia prepared a special 5-course meal to commemorate the occasion.

Shikampuri Bhutte Kebabs
We were greeted with a delectable bouquet – Curry Noodle Arancini. Next, we were surprised by the Broccoli and Asparagus Soup with Parmesan Cheese. The soup was spiced with garam masala, which makes it tasty and delicious for our desi taste buds. This was followed by the appetizers – Shikampuri Bhutte Ke Kebab and Kalmi Kebab. Prepared from minced corn, shikampuri corn kebabs were stuffed with dry fruits and tasted heavenly! The tender pieces of chicken were cooked in delicate and aromatic spices to give juicy Kalmi Kebabs. Both the snacks taste delicious, but since I am a non-vegetarian, Kalmi Kebab won my heart.

Butter Chicken
After enjoying the appetizer, we moved on to the main course which turned out to be another grand event! We had Keema Paneer Ke Dholam, Butter Chicken, Pindi Chole-Kulcha, NH-8 Dal and Murg Dum Biryani. Pindi Chole-Kulcha was spicy and spicy. Butter chicken was different from any I’ve ever had stuffed chicken breasts bathed in the signature tangy creamy gravy. The chef’s presentation of Dal Makhana, NH-8 Dal, was velvety and velvety! Paneer stuffed dumplings were cooked in tomato-paneer gravy in Keema Paneer’s Dholam. All the delicious gravy was paired with a delicate and delicious Murgh Dum Biryani. Last but not least, the meal was wrapped with creamy coconut cream as a dessert.
