Investment firms Samara Capital, Havells Family Investment Office and Godrej Family Investment Office on Wednesday announced the establishment of a new healthcare firm Marengo Asia Healthcare, which will operate multispecialty hospital chains in India.
The company, which will be led by a team led by Dr. Rajiv Singhal, who has over 25 years of global healthcare experience, aims to operate 5,500 beds by 2025.
Marengo Asia Healthcare will focus on bringing global expertise and forging clinical partnerships to enhance the patient experience, a statement said.
